Renovations and additions make up most of the work we do. Whether it is opening up the back of the house, adding a new living area, or reworking most of the original dwelling, we manage the job from first pencil line to final clean.
Home Renovations & Additions on the Peninsula
Drew has run large renovations that touch almost every part of the original house, as well as smaller additions of just one or two rooms. Either way it is the same two builders on the tools every day, so nothing gets handed off to a crew you have never met.
Older Peninsula homes throw up surprises once the linings come off — sagging bearers, patched-up wiring, footings that were never meant to carry a second room. Twenty years of working on these houses means we usually know what is behind the wall before we open it, and we will tell you straight away if the plan needs to change.
